Your individual-related data (e.g. title, name, street address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank data, credit card number) shall be processed by us only in accordance with the provisions set forth by German data-protection laws. The following regulations inform you as to the manner, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of individual-related data. This Data Protection Statement applies solely to our own Websites. § 2 Automatic Data Recording

 

On technical grounds, the following data (among other parameters transmitted by your Web browser to us) are collected:

- your Internet Protocol (IP) address.

These anonymous data shall be stored separately from any individual-related data provided by you in order to prevent any conclusions as to a certain person's identity. These will be analysed for statistical purposes in order to be able to optimise our Internet presence and our offerings.

§ 3 Inventory Data

 

Your individual-related data shall be used solely for processing the contract, insofar as these are required for the establishment, content-oriented design or amendment of the contractual relationship (inventory data). In this context, data such as e.g. your name and your street address must be forwarded to the respective suppliers to enable the delivery of the goods. Your individual-related data will not be forwarded to any third parties beyond the context of contract processing without your express consent or a basis in legal grounds.

On a case-by-case basis and by order of the respectively competent agencies, we may provide information on inventory data - insofar as this is necessary to facilitate criminal prosecution, danger prevention/hazard control by state police agencies, fulfilment of statutory duties incumbent upon federal and state agencies for the protection of the Constitution, the German Intelligence Service or the Military Counter-Intelligence Service or the enforcement of intellectual-property rights.

§ 4 Use Data

 

Your individual-related data (use data) required to facilitate the utilisation and billing of our respective offerings will be utilised for contract-processing purposes. The characteristics of your identification along with information on the start and end of your use and the scope involved therein - as well as the telecommunications services utilised by you in this context - particularly fall into the category "use data". We are permitted to transmit use data for billing purposes (so-called "billing data") to other providers or third parties, insofar this is required to properly carry out the billing process with the user. Following the complete payment of the respective compensation demand, these use and billing data will be deleted. A content block shall e implemented insofar as any legal, statutory or contractual retention periods prevent such deletion.

In addition, we will employ such use data for advertising/market-research purposes - or to create pseudonymised use profiles in order to facilitate the design of our offerings. You are authorised to object to this manner of utilisation of your own use data. These use profiles will not be merged with your individual-related data.
